In elementary school, Lee found herself helping a classmate who got hurt during recess. That initiative and service to others has stayed with Lee throughout her journey from the military, in corporate America, and as a parent. Lee also emphasizes getting to know those around you; everyone is different and a strong leaders understand this and lead accordingly.
