We’ve gone through some hard times. Really, really hard times!
People are sympathetic and say things like “I have no idea how you are functioning.” “How do you go on?” “How do you endure that?”
We can see why it would be extremely easy to think of ourselves as a victim. We have the pity to prove it.
And there are actually some advantages to being seen as the victim.
Ultimately those advantages pale in comparison to the real advantages of not taking on the victim role.
In this episode, we’ll explore what some of the benefits of being a victim are and why we want to avoid them to build a better life.
We’ll also outline the signs that we’re slipping into victim mode and the antidote to that.
Have a fabulous week.
Love you,
Julie
