One of the more interesting topics in internal communication is the development of chatbots. With billions of people around the world using messaging services like Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger and Slack, it makes sense for chatbots to make their way into the IC world. Simply put, chatbots allow people to "chat" with an application or service to get answers without ever having to leave the messaging app they are in.
