This week's guest is the paragon of bougie on a budget. She oozes sensuality and vintage beauty. She is Iridessence and Dita Von Teese wishes she looked this good. Essence, her pre-internet name, is absolutely fabulous. Festive even, if the holiday were International Burlesque Day. Being a plus size woman of color in the vintage world takes chutzpah, which she's got in spades. She's frank and fresh during the interview. Her attitude toward life and society's unrealistic expectations is one we should all hold. Essence and the Mavens go into some heavy topics amid chats about childhood games and tumblr aesthetics. She's a vintage clothing and decor enthusiast, so plenty is said on those subjects as well.
