This is my first summer as an adult that I've had virtually unlimited freedom. It's full of possibilities and surprises.

Before I jet off on the first of my cross-country adventures (flying, not in a van -- although I wouldn't rule that out for next year -- the Summer of '69), I'm offering my perspective on things to do when you're still in great health and you no longer have to show up in an office or take care of kids or aging parents. FREEDOM!
