Back at it with another episode and this is something very important to me. I always complicated things my whole life. Once I started embracing simplicity it changed my whole perspective. I can still try and overcomplicate things to this day, but I'm aware enough to snap out of it before it gets out of hand. Its an ongoing process but once you get out of your own way and realize not everything has to be over worked, over thought, cluttered, it can change your life.
