The time has come to say goodbye to the classroom. After 15 years in education, my career as a classroom teacher is over. In this episode I share with you some of the lessons I've learned from my years in education, lessons that can be applied to business and marriage as well.

We discuss the importance of acknowledging the truth, as difficult as it may be, and supporting our teachers on the front lines. And I share with you why I believe that if parents don't do this, they'll end up being the ones to suffer most.

I give some advice to Principals, Administrators, and Employers on the importance of being there to support their staff in every way possible. I share the benfits of putting your employees first, before your customers.

Lastly I speak directly to those teachers currently employed with some final words of encouragement.
