Scott Barron interviews Tammy Barron and they discuss Tammy’s growth and experience as an educator in her path to school administration. While working as a middle school teacher, Tammy shared how she guided students through issues and foster relationships among them. Then, she reflected on her growth after moving into administration as an enrollment director, and the various data points that became important to track and monitor in the history of the school. Finally, Tammy discusses how she has grown and what she has learned over the years of growing schools and the joy that it has brought.
