In this episode I share three experiences when I've had those I'm close to tell me they are contemplating suicide. I tell you what they share they felt was helpful and what wasn't during that difficult time.

There are 10 common denominators I've found that often bring despair. By pondering on these major challenges maybe we can help find better solutions to these problems.

I have to believe there is always hope.
