After talking about respect, I realised trust deserved a conversation of its own because without it, very little flourishes for long. I explore why we introverts may unintentionally give the impression that we do not trust others, even when that is far from the truth, and why trust deserves more thoughtful attention than it often receives. Instead of treating trust as something we either have or do not have, I invite you to consider it as a living assessment that changes with experience. You may discover that trusting someone does not require handing them everything, only recognising what they have genuinely earned.
