Welcome to Episode 332 of the 3 Minute Mantra Podcast with Aaralyn Shiri! Today's mantra is Hare Krishna Hare Rama.

In Sanskrit, “hare” is the feminine form of the Divine. Krishna means, “the attractive one.” And Rama is the pleasure of life.

This mantra is all about joy and fully experiencing life! It also reminds me of how profound it was when I finally understood that we are the center of our own Universe.

Liana Shanti goes into this in detail in Module 5 of her Healing from Narcissistic Abuse program. It helps to understand the quantum physics aspect of what “the attractive one” means!
