Ep. 34: 4 Powerful Ways to Practice Self-Love

We need to talk about your self-love game, my love. And we’ll start by taking a quick inventory of how you’re treating yourself right now. As I go through a few questions, think of the answer to yourself. Just be honest, and leave out the judgment. That’s part of the self-love process. If you’re not being nice to yourself right now, you can always change that. And it starts now! So here are my questions for you:

 

  • Are you speaking to yourself in a kind, encouraging way? Or are you belittling yourself often?
  • Do you feel like you’re your biggest fan, or your biggest enemy?
  • Do you feel like you can’t trust yourself, or do you feel like you’re the only person you can trust?
  •  

    These are just some of the questions to get you thinking about the relationship you have with yourself, and to get you started on setting some goals to strengthen the relationship you have with yourself. I think we all could strengthen that relationship, especially because it’s one of the most important relationships in our lives!
