Off with her head! No, not KC's - today's topic, Anne Boleyn. This 16th century queen of England has become known as the first wife of the infamous Henry VIII to be beheaded; and of course, when you have a story like that, you're going to draw some attention. Thankfully for us, her character and story drew the attention of artists and composers! But there's a lot more to her life than just being beheaded. Join us as we peruse several artistic depictions of this sad tale of a strong woman of history!
