We’re excited to ‘spill the beans’ about cupping this week, a process used by coffee pros for sensory analysis. We taste our way through four different coffees from four great roasters, while sharing our tips and tricks on how to cup. We encourage everyone to experiment and expand your tasting experience with an at home cupping session using only ground coffee, boiling water, a bowl and a spoon... okay, and maybe a scale or coffee scoop too. Just be sure to keep your preparation consistent!
