In this episode we talk about how the love, validation and acceptance we often seek, needs to come from within. We need to give ourselves that great big love, first. We touched on: 1)  How sometimes a heavy, or hard day or week is the beginning of so much growth. We started the call with pulling a card, and talking about the message, and how oracle cards can be a tool that are sometimes fun to use at the beginning of a journaling session to give some direction.  The card Great Big Love was the one we started the call with.

2) How giving ourselves the love and validation and celebration we seek, is so important, because nobody outside of us will ever be able to fill that need for us.  How our reticular activating system works, and the power of a poster that was on the wall for over 30 years.  How messaging is powerful, and the words that we see around us always can have an impact. 

3) We ended the call with a card that Jenna pulled for the collective.  It wrapped up what we were talking about, and was a powerful message of trusting that all things are always working for us.
