• Why birth isn’t actually supposed to be an excruciatingly painful experience.

• Why you need to know the importance of the microbiome and understand what affects it (especially as it pertains to decisions you are making!)
• The keys to a successful birth:
  • Stop worrying and relax.
  • Just do what you can - there is no such thing as “doing everything right.”
