Often times we're going through so much of our own stuff we can't possibly see how we could be called to lead or help someone other than ourselves. But that is precisely the time to do it. Odd right? Yea, I know. But in the midst of our storms and struggles we have a story, lessons we are learning that we can pass along. And on the flip side, taking the focus off our issues and leading others through theirs has a very different effect than one would think. You typically find out you've worked through your own stuff simply by putting it aside and putting someone else in front of you.
