In this episode, Eileen is discussing her imperfections as a parent and she shares her opinion on the parenting of girls and ways that we need to step in as parents. It's so important as parents for us to see both sides, and to teach our girls as well, that there are repercussions for situations whether you are male or female. As a parent, she knows her purpose and why and implements it through her modeling daily. She does the same as a teacher, although she may be facing some challenges within these last few weeks she reminds herself daily WHY she chose the profession of teaching and her true PURPOSE for doing what she does.
