In today's episode, Ryan speaks to Duncan Casey, a former professional rugby Union player for Munster in Ireland and Grenoble in France.  Casey has been a thrill seeker both during and after his rugby career and has won awards in recognition of being vocal about a range of issues. He also gained his master's in politics whilst playing professionally.

Spending almost a decade in professional rugby and subsequent years in private and public sector policy communications gave him a unique set of transferable skills and experience and following his retirement a few years ago, he has worked in Brussels most recently for the EU. He's currently the rugby columnist for The Irish Examiner, where he brings a great perspective to the game.
