In today's episode we talked about the most important leadership characteristic. A couple weeks ago, I went to an event for NBC and they asked us a question about this very topic. I picked my answer and after looking at the responses of the various people who attended, I was intrigued. After doing my own research, I asked people who held some leadership positions in the business world and they came to the same conclusion as me, in which INTEGRITY is the most important leadership characteristic. Therefore, I go into a deep discussion on why this is and how the other choices are not as important as integrity. Hope you enjoy!
