Ang has been having a few technical difficulties with the podcast in recent weeks and has spent quite a bit of time trying to overcome them. Whilst it was initially getting her down, with the help of some friends, she powered through, after realising why she started the show in the first place - to spread positivity. Inspired by these events, Ang has dedicated this week's episode to managing your time and random acts of kindness, to help you realise that what you need the most, might be right in front of you.
KEY TAKEAWAYS
We all have a habit of saying 'yes' to everything. Either out of kindness, or from a fear of letting others down. However, as Ang has discovered, and explains, saying 'no' can have huge benefits to you and those around you.
How often do you stop to 'smell the roses'? Ang has realised how there are many thing in her life that she should be grateful for, but how they are easily missed if we don't take a moment to acknowledge them.
Something that hit home for Ang when her friends helped her fix her podcast issues is that kindness is free. But more than that, it makes you feel good as well as the person you're helping. Ang reflects on this and shares the many simple ways you can bring a little joy to someone's life.
BEST MOMENTS
"Time becomes more valuable the more you realise it's running out."
"Saying no will create the space that you need to say yes to the things that nourish you and make you feel good."
"Forgive yourself for a past mistake and remind yourself that you are doing the best that you can."

ABOUT THE PODCAST
Do I Really Hate Men?
Interesting question and one I have asked myself many times. This is not an 'I hate men' podcast neither is it just an account of my divorce and the many awful events leading up to and during it. This podcast is a safe space to delve into what happens when relationships end, it provides guidance on how to carry on being a functioning adult and/or Single Mum when you feel broken inside.
My mission -to help women and mothers globally to recover from relationship pain, lead meaningful happy lives and inspire their children to succeed.
NOTE – I need you to know that I don't hate men! It's important that you know there are many great men out there. Many fantastic fathers and single fathers trying hard to do a great job. I know little about the struggles of single fathers; however, I presume they are numerous common issues we share with these amazing men who strive to do the right thing by their children.
