In episode 35 - we answer Juliana’s question - “How do you pick yourself up when you feel yourself going into a spiral? I find when I go through a spiral that I can kind of tell I’m going through it but it’s damn near impossible to pick myself up sometimes. I just went through a really sad and depressed seven days, couldn’t pick myself back up”.
