A look at the weekly news...ok...truth be told, this is about how the GOP needs to get their act together and elect a Speaker of the House.  Along with a few other interesting tidbits.

Chili Recipe - 

1 lb ground beef

1 onion diced

1 green bell pepper diced

1 jalapeno (or better yet, a chipotle pepper)

1 can diced tomatoes

1 can beans (pinto, kidney, black...your choice or if making 2x or 3x, use a variety of beans)

season to taste with - chili powder, cumin, oregano, cayenne, salt & pepper.  start with a little and keep adding until you get it the way you like it.  you can always add more but ya can't take it out.
