Ty Linker, originally from Alabama, discovered his passion for welding in 2011 as a welder helper on the pipeline. Now a Texas-based rig welder, Ty is committed to passing down the knowledge that helped him succeed, helping helpers become welders and preserving a trade he calls a “dying breed.”
