Listen Later

In this episode, I am joined by my friend, author, educator, mover, and all-around phenomenal woman, Keena Day (who is also a Commissioner for the City of Commerce’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Commission). In honor of Black History Month, this was a necessary, stimulating, and organic conversation.
