On this episode of the Deep Share, Wayne Bush joins me to talk about DEATH. Not the 80's speed metal band with Richard Christie, the death experience itself that every one of us will face some day. Wayne has done a lot of extensive research into the language used surrounding death in the wisdom traditions, both east and west, throughout the ages. He's come out the other side with an intriguing idea that is not for the faint of heart. Wayne suggests that at the point of death, the white light that has been immortalized in religions and storytelling for aeons, is actually a trick. A number of folks have whispered this idea here and there, but Wayne has an entire website filled with source material and research dedicated to this concept. I stumbled onto Tricked by the Light while looking into something entirely different, but nevertheless - ever since my deeper psychedelic experiences... this trickster, this "cosmic sleight of hand" if you will, has nagged at me, beckoning me to gaze back.
