Lisa Bonta Sumii, LCSW, CSW joined me for Episode 35 of Closer Mentality. She's the Mental Health and Sports Performance Specialist for the United Soccer League's Oakland Roots, and came on to talk through her experience working with athletes whose cultures don't appreciate emotional vulnerability.
