There is so much to consider before adding a facilty dog to your place of employment. Here are just a few things to consider, but above all make sure you choose a breed that would excel at such work, a breeder that knows how to evaluate their puppies and then a trainer that understands how to train a facility dog. It is not the same as a service dog.
