She is a proponent of pay equity, negotiating for higher pay, and helping women know their worth.
In 2019, she founded Elevate Your Pay to help BIPOC women get paid what they deserve through pay equity, advocacy, education, and consulting. As a compensation professional, Jackie has seen the gender pay gap firsthand and is committed to sharing her knowledge to help women of color negotiate higher pay and close the gap.
