With no suprise the Tn Legislature has passed a trash voucher bill...and like any good comprimise...no-one is truly happy...Sam and I explore who the winners and losers will be of this program and I go way down the rabbit hole trying to understand the phisophical rationale (spoiler alert, I fail)
