Have you heard of people who complain about people complaining? Why do people complain?

In this episode of The Transformational Leader, Adam Quiney distinguished the three categories of people in terms of complaining:

The first group is those who don't care about things. Sometimes they complain, and sometimes they don't. The next category is those people who complain about stuff. The third category is those people who hate complaining and would never complain at all.

Some may think the last two categories are a total opposite, but they are not.
