Ambassador Dennis Ross, Former Middle East Envoy and the point man for Middle East peace for Presidents George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton is one of America's most successful and talented diplomats. The Ambassador, who brokered the landmark 1994 peace treaty between Israel and Jordan, also served in important positions under Presidents Reagan and Obama. Currently counselor and William Davidson Distinguished Fellow at The Washington Institute for Near East Policy, Ambassador Ross is also the author of a number of highly-regarded books. His most recent is 'Be Strong and of Good Courage: How Israel's Most Important Leaders Shaped Its Destiny​ (2019),' co-written with his Washington Institute for Near East Policy colleague David Makovsky.
