Reflection as the Foundation of Clarity
Clarity doesn’t come from having all the answers.
It comes from slowing down long enough to tell yourself the truth.
In this episode, I walk through how to begin practicing clarity through intentional reflection. Instead of rushing toward goals or decisions, we talk about why reflection is the foundation of clarity and how it has shaped the way I move in this season of my life.
I also share the five core areas I always reflect on when I feel unclear, overwhelmed, or unsure about what comes next, along with why each area matters.
