They discuss the brain, PTSD, and some of the effects of misfiling some memories that become “triggers” for us. Kevin shares the importance of physical health, and the huge factor mental health plays in our society. Jeff asks Kevin about Paintucation, a combination of paint and body, and education, which has made Kevin wildly successful in his life since 1999. Kevin shares how starting this one company led to oppportunitites to write, produce, and collaborate on projects that would leave most motor heads eaten up with envy.
