We're proud to release our first episode on our new set! Where I introduce my new co-host and producer Phua Yida. Yida is a mediacorp actor, producer and content creator. He grew up acting in many children shows and was exposed to a different work style and life. This led him to question the narrative of having a 9-5 job and lose interest in studying. Also, after acting in a then-popular show 'On the Fringe', his fame peaked, and being recognized led him to feel an imposter syndrome. All this led to an identity crisis, which he slowly came to terms with after mentorship, engaging in personal development, and finding meaning. We discuss his journey and also his acting career and its link to mental health and wellness.
