In this episode I will go over the difference between these forms of training. Why do we do them? When do we do them? Is one better than the other? Should I be doing one over the other ?
Don't over think this. Any form of exercise is better than nothing! But, when it comes to accomplishing a specific goal you will probably need to be more organized to get there.
It seems complicated, but overall it isn't. I think some clarity on the topic can simply do the trick!
