Growing up I looked to my parents, mentors, teachers, elders, etc. as SUPERHEROES! 

They were the epitome of what I wanted to be like, act like, dress like and SO MUCH MORE!

However, it seems that in the midst of this GENERATIONAL SHIFT.....adults now have lost sight of their wants, goals, aspirations and dreams.

More and more we see our adults STRESSED, OVERWHELMED, OVERWORKED, UNDERVALUED, MISTREATED all the while trying to show up POWERFULLY for our youth.

This is a CALL TO ACTION (CTA) for any parent, mentor, coach, teacher, leader, business owner, etc.
