For anyone who has lived through childhood trauma, as an adult you may find yourself still dealing with someone that happened YEARS ago. As I've gone through therapy and milestones in my life, I'm come to a point where I'm asking myself "Do I want to open this old wound to heal or let it be?" It's a tough question that doesn't have a right or wrong answer. There's several things and people to consider so these decisions are never to be taken lightly. But what do we do as someone who is trying to heal? Let's talk about this shit.
