The R&R team completed the Randall’s Island (NYC) Go Nuts for Donuts 10k today and they're here bring you some tips as to why they felt strong so strong after the beast Stowe Half Marathon, how they trained, what they ate (Halloween candy!) and why acknowledging and overcoming the pain cave is so important.
