Cognitive Behavior Therapy (or CBT for short) is one of the most recognizable forms of therapy, but how does it work exactly? Listen in to hear Mona’s experience trying CBT, how she actively collaborated with the therapist and got to the root of her problem by identifying a core belief. Mona and Abby then interview CBT therapist Cassandra Moore to hear her perspective of the therapy and why it works so well.
