I mess up a lot. Like a lot. But I keep moving. I keep going. I stop stressing about the shit I mess up because the time I spend stressing is time I could have spent doing shit. 

 

Whether you are training for a marathon, working on a weight loss goal, or just living life, stop expecting a perfect ride. Starting expecting imperfection along the way SO THAT when it pops up, you're not surprised, you're not startled, and you're not a bitch to yourself. Start using those dips in the ride as opportunities to get stronger.
