Emma Barnett graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in nursing. She graduated completely debt free, and Emma is a dear friend of mine that I've known for 7+ years. She runs a nearly $1 million sales organization with the Southwestern Company and is an incredible young leader in the world! We had an incredible discussion about why purpose is more important than your job, money, or major. In fact, it's so important that Emma didn't go into nursing even though that was her major, and she said no to more money in order to help others. Interviewing Emma was a total blast! Remember, your major doesn't matter. Instead, it is a tool for your life. Your major doesn't run your life. You decide your life. And if you know your purpose, you will know what you should spend your time doing.
