In this week’s 5 Min Talk, I’m sharing my personal insights from Elder Gerrit W. Gong’s inspiring October 2025 General Conference message titled “No One Sits Alone.” Elder Gong reminds us that as disciples of Jesus Christ, we are better together — that nobody should ever feel isolated, unseen, or alone in the gospel or in life. We’ll briefly explore what it means to truly welcome, include, and love those around us, both in the pew and in our everyday circles — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. His message offers an invitation to each of us to reach out, connect, and be present for one another.
