'OneB' is a large HMO development in Stoke on Trent, starting January 2023 and as of July '23 the end if very near.
Recorded from Singapore, Amanda & Paul remotely manage the final part of the project whilst visiting a number of landlords partners living in Singapore and investing in Stoke on Trent & Crewe.
They walk through the process to 'Go Live' and start accepting the first guests. The in-depth design and furniture ordering process, and a very unexpected roof leak in the final stages of the project! Paul shares the idea behind phasing the project for the first 12 rooms and the next stage to add another 7 to complete the 19 room development.
