It's interesting how much we can actually accomplish in a small amount of time when we're given the challenge! "We underestimate what we can do in little time, and overestimate what we can do in much time."  In this episode I talk about the magical collaboration that occurred at a leadership conference I attended in Los Angeles, and the lessons learned implementing these leadership skills while choreographing a flashmob!
