"Let Your Game Speak" is the motto of this episode with Dr Jen Welter, known mostly as the first female to coach in the NFL. Dr Welter not only reached the pinnacle of football being in the NFL but also holds a PHD in psychology and a Master's in sports psychology, as well as being an author and speaker. We got to talk about her story of getting to the NFL and having success, being a trailblazer not only for women but for anyone who sees something they want, to go out and get it.
