Chandler shares what they mean, how he has experienced them in his life and how you can begin to both accept and extend them in your own life if this is something you have struggled with.

 

If we are to become the best versions of ourselves, we cannot be holding on to bitterness or anger in not forgiving others, nor can we move forward until we accept someone else has forgiven us and finally we cannot thrive until we learn to give ourselves some grace and forgiveness for when we fall short, which we all inevitably will.
