Today’s episode we celebrate you: the listeners and the guests. We look at what we have overcome this year, what we have done for ourselves and for others, and inspiration from the guests of Be The Good thus far.
Notes to assist if you are working through your year review I mentioned:
-Brian Patacca’s What did you overcome within:
I found that breaking down my year by each month and above category made me feel more accomplished and proud of the still-tumultuous-and-changing-by-the-day year we’ve had.
The episode also revisits each of the prior episodes of Be The Good, with a brief dose of inspiration for each marvelous guest. I love them all and am so grateful to everyone who has taken the time to chat with me and to share their stories and inspiration with us all. (Do I say ‘inspiration’ a lot? YES. And I don’t think that’s changing anytime soon ;) )
I am one of those people who LOVE Christmastime, but I know it is also a time of a lot of varied emotions. My wish for you is to find merry moments of love and joy with people you care about–whether in person or virtually– and enter the new year with a mindset of hope.
Here’s to being the good in the world each day, in any way, shape, or form.

Because we need all the #goodnews we can get.
See you in January, and thanks for listening!
