I know it can be really hard to imagine loving your body if you are in a space of obsessing and disliking it more often than not. I also know what has helped me move from dislike to love and acceptance. I want you to know this feeling of being okay in YOUR vessel (body) and wanting to change habits and patterns coming from a space of LOVE and not DISLIKE. This is why I teach my Hula & Mindfulness classes. So that you can practice happy movement and learn mindfulness tools to move past obsessing over your body and instead embrace it as is!!
