In our previous podcast, we introduced four types of leaders from 2 Timothy 2:2 and the leadership necessary to learn to serve others well. We looked at the roles of Doers, Managers, Leaders and Leaders of Leaders. In this podcast we look in detail at the roles of Leaders and leaders of leaders and the transitions that we need to make in going from a manager to a leader and from a leader to a leader of leaders. We look at the leadership styles that are crucial for these two roles. The reality is that no-one is purely one role or another and even leaders of leaders are still required to be doers, managers and leaders.
